We come to Meydan and Nad Al Sheba.

The Bespoke Corner is a bespoke tailor for the villas of Nad Al Sheba and the lagoon houses of District One, ten to twenty minutes from our Business Bay atelier. We measure and fit at home, with the fabric books spread on your majlis table. When the racing season returns to Meydan, we cut the tuxedos and kaftans that fill the grandstand's finest evenings.

The area

Race nights and majlis evenings

Meydan and Nad Al Sheba are villa country wrapped around a racecourse. Families in Nad Al Sheba 1 to 4 live next to the newer District One community and its crystal lagoon, with The Meydan Hotel and the grandstand holding the skyline between them. Life here is private and home-based: the majlis, the stables, the cycle track at dawn. The wardrobe follows, split between formal evenings at the racecourse and garments for family occasions at home.

Home visits suit the area because almost nobody here wants to drive to a mall for a fitting. We come to your villa in District One or Nad Al Sheba Gardens, with consultation, measuring and later fittings all at your door. Dubai World Cup night is the fixed point of the year. We cut midnight-blue tuxedos for the grandstand boxes, Italian suits in lighter weights for daytime racing, and kaftans for the majlis gatherings that follow. We keep each family member's pattern on file, so the next order starts with a WhatsApp message, not a measuring tape.

When you do want the showroom, it is a straight run up Al Meydan Road to Business Bay, usually inside twenty minutes. Most households here prefer to group appointments instead: one evening visit can measure a father, two sons and a visiting cousin in a single sitting. We plan our Meydan rounds ahead of the racing calendar and the wedding months, because both arrive at once and both want their garments early.

There is no metro out here, so everything moves by car, and villa parking keeps arrivals simple. For District One we confirm community gate access a day ahead. Evening appointments after the household is home work well, and we group Meydan visits so one trip serves several appointments.

Questions

Meydan & Nad Al Sheba: common questions

Can you make a tuxedo in time for a Meydan race night?

Yes, if we start early enough. Race evenings at Meydan Racecourse are among the most formal in Dubai, and a tuxedo cut to your own pattern will not meet its twin in the grandstand. Give us the date at the first measuring and we plan the fittings backwards from it, at your villa.

How far ahead should Nad Al Sheba families order?

Allow about 6 to 8 weeks from first measuring to collection, and start earlier when race season and the wedding months overlap. We keep each family member's pattern on file, so repeat orders move faster than the first one. For a fixed occasion, name the date and we schedule around it.

Do you make home visits in District One and Nad Al Sheba?

Yes, home visits are how almost all of our work here happens. We come to villas across District One, Nad Al Sheba Gardens and Nad Al Sheba 1 to 4 with the fabric books, measure at your majlis, and return there for every fitting. Gate access is confirmed with the community the day before.

Do you cut kaftans for Meydan and Nad Al Sheba?

Yes. The kaftan is one of our core garments here, cut for majlis evenings and family occasions in cloths that stand up to a Dubai summer. We also make the Nigerian kaftan and agbada for clients who want them, each measured at home like everything else.
