Terms of use

About these terms

These terms apply to your use of bespokecorner.ae, the website of The Bespoke Corner, a bespoke tailoring house at Shop 4, Ground Floor, Damac Majestine Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The business is operated by The Bespoke Corner Men Tailoring, a sole establishment licensed by Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism (professional licence no. 867786). When we say “we”, “us” or “the house”, we mean The Bespoke Corner.

By using the website you accept these terms. They cover the website only. The details of any garment you commission are agreed with us directly, as explained below.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date on this page shows when they were last updated.

Using the website

The website is here to introduce the house and help you get in touch. It has no accounts, forms or payments. You are welcome to browse it for your own personal use.

Please do not misuse the site, for example by trying to interfere with how it works or to gain unauthorised access to it.

We may change or remove any part of the site at any time. We try to keep it available, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors.

Information on the site

The styles, cloths and images on the site illustrate what we offer. The images are campaign imagery created for the house, and the garments shown illustrate styles. Colours and textures can also look different on screen.

Nothing on the site is an offer to make a particular garment at a particular price. Any prices or timings mentioned are a guide only. The final cloth, specification, price and timing are agreed with you at consultation.

Mill names and logos that appear on the site belong to their owners. Their appearance does not mean the mills endorse The Bespoke Corner.

Bookings and commissions

The booking buttons open WhatsApp with a message prepared for you, which you can choose to send. You can also call or email us. Getting in touch or requesting an appointment does not create a commission or commit either of us to anything.

Every commission is agreed directly with the house. A commission is confirmed only when it has been agreed in writing or in the showroom. Payment, deposits, alterations and any other arrangements for your commission are agreed with you at consultation, and those agreed terms are what apply to it.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including its text, photography, campaign imagery, design and The Bespoke Corner name, belongs to us or is used with permission. Mill names and logos belong to their owners, as noted above.

You may view the site and share links to it. Please do not copy, reproduce or use its content for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

Links to other services

The site links to services run by other companies, such as WhatsApp, operated by Meta, and Instagram. When you use those services, their own terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for their content or how they operate. Our privacy policy explains what these services receive when you use the site.

Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate, but it is provided for general information. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or from relying on information on it.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects any rights you have under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
