Who we are

The Bespoke Corner is a bespoke tailoring house at Shop 4, Ground Floor, Damac Majestine Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The business is operated by The Bespoke Corner Men Tailoring, a sole establishment licensed by Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism (professional licence no. 867786).

This policy explains what personal information we receive when you visit bespokecorner.ae or get in touch with us, and what we do with it. When we say “we” or “us”, we mean The Bespoke Corner.

The short version

The website does not ask for your details. It has no accounts, forms or payment pages, the site itself sets no cookies, no analytics tools are installed, and its fonts and images are served from the site itself. The one exception is the Google map on some pages, described below. We receive personal information only when you choose to contact us, and we use it to make your garments.

What we collect

When you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we receive what you choose to share with us. That may include:

• your name and phone number, and your email address if you write to us
• your messages, such as the appointment you would like and the garment you have in mind
• the measurements and preferences you share with us for your commission

How we use it

We use your information to:

• arrange your consultation and fittings
• make your garments, and keep your pattern on file for future commissions
• contact you about your commission, for example to confirm an appointment or to let you know a garment is ready

We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

Google Maps. Some pages show a map of the showroom, loaded from Google when you scroll to it. Google may set its own cookies and receive your IP address, under Google’s privacy policy. The “Get directions” links open Google Maps.

WhatsApp (Meta). The booking buttons on the site open WhatsApp with a message already written for you. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it. Messages you exchange with us on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under Meta’s own terms and privacy policy.

Email. If you email us, your message is delivered and stored by our email provider, which handles it on our behalf.

Storage in your browser

The site remembers two small things in your browser’s session storage, on your own device: the cloth you chose on the home page, and whether the opening animation has already played. This stays in your browser, is never sent to us, and is cleared when you close the tab.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to serve you, including keeping your pattern on file so that future garments can be cut to your measurements, or for longer where the law requires it.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time. We will do so unless we are required by law to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask us:

• what personal information we hold about you
• to correct anything that is wrong or out of date
• to delete your information
• to stop using it, or to limit how we use it

UAE data protection law

We aim to handle personal data in line with applicable UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we add new features to the website. The date on this page shows when it was last updated.
