Measured at home in Mirdif.

The Bespoke Corner tailors kaftans, Nigerian kaftans and bespoke shirts for Mirdif's villa families, measured at home so nobody drives anywhere. We cover the whole suburb, from the streets behind City Centre Mirdif to Shorooq, Ghoroob and the houses facing Mushrif Park. One evening visit is usually enough to measure a full household before Eid.

The area

One visit for the whole villa

Mirdif is a suburb of villas, school runs and long residencies. Families here tend to stay, filling the compounds of Shorooq and Ghoroob, the townhouses of Uptown Mirdiff and the villas along Mushrif Park's edge. City Centre Mirdif anchors the weekends, and the planes into DXB pass low overhead. It is a neighbourhood where clothes are ordered for family life, not for lobbies.

Most Mirdif bookings are home visits in the evening, after school runs and office hours. Before Eid we measure the men of a household together for their kaftans, with the fabric books spread on the dining table. Nigerian families across the suburb order the Nigerian kaftan the same way, often several pieces at once ahead of travel or a naming ceremony. Between seasons it is shirts: crisp ones for school ceremonies and graduation photos, working ones in Thomas Mason cotton, cut from a single measuring.

Our atelier is in Business Bay, twenty to thirty minutes from Mirdif by car, and every garment is cut there. We group Mirdif appointments on set evenings, so neighbours in Shorooq and Ghoroob often share a visit night. The weeks before Ramadan and the two Eids fill first, so book early. A quieter month is the easiest time for a first order, when fittings can take their time.

Villas make this easy: we park at your gate, and measuring a family takes about an hour. Centrepoint station is the nearest metro, a taxi ride away, but almost every Mirdif client books a home visit instead. Evening and weekend slots go first before Eid.

Questions

Mirdif: common questions

Can you measure my whole family at home in Mirdif before Eid?

Yes, that is the classic Mirdif booking. We come to your villa in one evening, measure everyone who is ordering, and lay the fabric books on the table. Kaftans and Nigerian kaftans for Eid should be ordered early, because the pre-Eid weeks are our fullest. Fittings happen at the same address.

How long does a kaftan or shirt order take in Mirdif?

Plan on about 6 to 8 weeks from the home measuring to delivery. For Eid, count backwards from the first day and add a buffer week for the final fitting. Shirts from an existing pattern are quicker to repeat, so returning clients often reorder by WhatsApp without a new visit.

Do you charge for home visits to Mirdif?

No, the visit is free with an order. We drive out to Shorooq, Ghoroob, Uptown Mirdiff and the villa streets around Mushrif Park, measure you at home, and return for fittings the same way. If you prefer, you can hold any fitting at the Business Bay showroom instead.

Can you make shirts for school events and office wear in Mirdif?

Yes. Bespoke shirts are a large part of our Mirdif work: office shirts from Thomas Mason cotton, and crisp shirts for school ceremonies and family photographs. One measuring gives us your pattern, and after that you can reorder in new cloths whenever you need them.
